David Silva’s DREAM XI

Manchester City’s midfielder has picked his Dream Team for the club’s You tube channel. The 28 years old Spanish international has picked up whooping names of the footballing universe and the list also contains names of players Silva grew up admiring.

11. Goalkeeper – Iker Casillas

Between the sticks is Silva’s Spanish team mate Iker Casillas. This was quite an obvious choice by the Manchester City playmaker. He has played quite a few times with the Spanish shot-stopper for Spain. Casillas has won a number of personal awards which include the Golden Glove award in the 2010 FIFA World Cup and the IFFHS World’s Best Goalkeeper title for 5 times consecutively from 2008 to 2012.
